It has come to our attention that online criminals are impersonating our business to scam individuals.
These fraudsters are falsely claiming to offer loans on behalf of our company and are asking victims to provide identity documents, bank statements, and to pay a $380 "loan insurance fee". After payment, they demand an additional $220 "tax".
These actions are criminal and have NO connection to AUSTRALIAN SMART FINANCE PTY LTD. We do NOT offer any loans, credit services, or request documents or payments from any individuals.
We have reported this online scam to NSW Police, ACMA, and ScamWatch. If you have been targeted or affected, we strongly urge you to do the same by reporting it immediately.
Do NOT send money, personal information, or documents to anyone claiming to represent our company online.
